Welcome.
The International Community School (ICS), a charter school located in DeKalb County, Georgia, was strategically designed to bring together refugee, immigrant and native-born children in an academically challenging and nurturing environment.

Summer Break Information:
Our administrative staff is working Monday—Friday on each campus.
There will be at least two parent/staff work days during the summer. The dates are Saturday, June 7 and Saturday, Aug. 11, from 9—noon each day. Call the office at 404 499 8969 to see how you can help.
The summer reading list of recommended authors for grades K—6 can be found here.
Participate in the DeKalb public library vacation reading program, Catch the Reading Bug.
Barnes and Noble has a summer reading program in which students can earn a free book after completing eight books. Check it out at a local Barnes and Noble store.
The first day of school is Monday, Aug. 11.
